Cleaning the Nostalgia SMM200 Electric S'mores Maker is easy. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Turn the Power Switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the unit from the electrical socket before cleaning.
2. Allow the unit to cool for at least 20 minutes before cleaning. The Top Cover will be hot to the touch, so be careful.
3. Once the appliance has cooled, remove the Top Cover from the Electric S'mores Maker.
4. Clean the Top Cover with a soft, damp cloth or wash it in warm, soapy water and rinse.
5. Dry the Electric S'mores Maker, Top Cover, and Roasting Forks thoroughly before storage. Make sure the appliance has completely cooled and is dry before storing.

7. Never place the appliance in a dishwasher.
