To set the self-timer on your Fujifilm Finepix SL280 camera, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn on the camera and press the "Menu/OK" button to access the menu.
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Shooting" tab in the menu.
3. Scroll down to find the "Self-Timer" option and press the "Menu/OK" button.
4. You will see different self-timer options: Off, 2 sec, and 10 sec. Use the arrow keys to select the desired option.
5. Press the "Menu/OK" button again to confirm your selection.
Once the self-timer is set, you can compose your shot and press the shutter button. The camera will wait for the specified time (2 or 10 seconds) before capturing the photo.
For more detailed instructions and illustrations, you can refer to the Fujifilm Finepix SL280 User Guide. Page 36 of the manual provides step-by-step instructions on setting the self-timer feature.
Please note that the self-timer feature allows you to include yourself in the photo or avoid camera shake when taking long exposure shots.
