To set the time and date on the , please follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "Mode" button for a few seconds until the watch enters the menu.
2. Use the "Start/Stop" button to navigate to the "Time" option and press the "Mode" button to select it.
3. The hour digits will start flashing. Use the "Start/Stop" button to adjust the hour and press the "Mode" button to confirm.
4. The minute digits will start flashing. Use the "Start/Stop" button to adjust the minutes and press the "Mode" button to confirm.
5. The watch will then ask you to set the date. Use the same process to adjust the day, month, and year digits.
6. After setting the date, the watch will ask you to set the time format (12-hour or 24-hour). Use the "Start/Stop" button to toggle between the options and press the "Mode" button to confirm.
7. Finally, the watch will ask you to set the date format (DD/MM or MM/DD). Use the "Start/Stop" button to toggle between the options and press the "Mode" button to confirm.
