To change the temperature unit on the JAHH Thermometer High Precision, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the "power on" button.
2. Once the thermometer is turned on, press and hold the "Unit" button for a few seconds until the temperature unit on the display starts flashing.
3. While the temperature unit is flashing, press the "Up" or "Down" button to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
4. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, press the "Unit" button again to confirm and save the setting.
5. The thermometer will now display the temperature in the selected unit.
