To properly connect your JBL Boost TV to your TV, follow these steps:
1. Connect your source devices (such as cable box or gaming system) directly to your TV using HDMI connections.
2. Check the audio output connections on your TV. There may be an AUX (analog or headphone) or Optical (digital) connection, or both. If available, use the Optical cable provided with the JBL Boost TV to connect your TV to the product. This supports Dolby Digital for HDTV movies.
3. Connect the power cable of the JBL Boost TV to a power outlet.
4. Turn on your TV and the JBL Boost TV using your TV remote control.
Note: Refer to your TV user manual or settings menu to disable the internal TV speakers and enable the external speaker (JBL Boost TV).
