To charge the AquaSonic PDCAQD Wireless Charging Electric Toothbrush, follow these steps:
1. Connect the USB cord to the wall adapter using a live electrical outlet.
2. Put the toothbrush handle on the charging pad's raised area.
3. Your toothbrush is charging when the charging pad beeps and the battery indicator starts flashing white.
If your toothbrush is not charging, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Clear the power button and the vicinity of it of any debris using a moist cloth.
2. Try another appliance in the same outlet to check if the outlet is functioning properly. If the appliance doesn't work either, there might be a problem with the outlet.
3. Try a different outlet to ensure that the toothbrush can fully charge.
