To set the target temperature on the TIMEMORE 600ML Fish Smart Electric Coffee Kettle, follow these steps:
1. Place the kettle on a flat surface and ensure the back power toggle is turned on.
2. Remove the lid and add water to the kettle, making sure not to exceed the maximum fill line (700ml).
3. Gently touch and slide the Touch Temp. Controller to set the desired target temperature.
4. Press the start button and wait for the real temperature to reach the target temperature.
5. Once the real temperature reaches the target temperature, you can start brewing your coffee.
