To adjust the temperature on the HAKKA 11-Qt soup kettle, simply use the manual control xxxx located on the appliance. The xxxx allows you to select the desired temperature for your food, ranging from 105-195 degrees Fahrenheit. There are 12 heat control settings available, with higher numbers indicating higher temperatures. Simply turn the xxxx to the desired setting to adjust the temperature accordingly.
