To assemble the LifePro Waver Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, follow these steps:
1. Remove the back of the remote control and insert two AAA batteries into the battery compartment.
2. Loop the resistance bands into the metal rings at the front of the Waver.
3. Insert the power cord firmly into the front of the Waver. Press forcefully until you feel a click, indicating that the cord is securely connected.
4. Plug the power cord into an AC outlet.
5. Flip the breaker switch on the front of the Waver to the ON position.
6. Press the power button on the Waver's display to turn it on.
