To adjust the zoom on the Fujifilm FinePix Camera 12823, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera by pressing the power button located on the top of the camera.
2. Look through the viewfinder or use the LCD screen to frame your shot.
3. Locate the zoom lever on the top right side of the camera. It is labeled with a "+" (plus) and "-" (minus) symbol.
4. To zoom in, slide the zoom lever towards the "+" symbol. The camera will start zooming in, and the zoom indicator will be displayed on the LCD screen.
5. To zoom out, slide the zoom lever towards the "-" symbol. The camera will start zooming out, and the zoom indicator will update accordingly.
6. You can adjust the zoom level continuously by sliding the zoom lever to the desired position. The zoom range on this camera is 26x optical zoom.
7. Once you have achieved the desired zoom level, press the shutter button halfway to focus on your subject.
8. Finally, press the shutter button fully to capture the photo.
Please note that the zoom lever is the primary method for adjusting the zoom on this camera. However, you can also use the zoom buttons located on the back of the camera, labeled with a "W" (wide) and "T" (telephoto) symbol. Pressing the "W" button will zoom out, and pressing the "T" button will zoom in.
