To set the desired temperature on the QCUQ G1 Gooseneck Kettle, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the kettle by pressing the power button.
2. Use the dial to select the desired temperature between 100°F and 212°F. Rotate the dial until the desired temperature is displayed on the LCD screen.
3. Once you have set the temperature, the kettle will start heating the water to reach the selected temperature.
4. The LCD screen will show both the "Set Temp" (the temperature you have selected) and the "Real Temp" (the current temperature of the water).
5. When the water reaches the set temperature, the kettle will automatically hold it for 10 minutes. If you want to extend the hold time, you can press the hold button and use the dial to adjust the hold time up to 120 minutes.
Note: The kettle also features a mute function to silence all the tones. You can press the mute button to activate this function.
