To connect the RunSTAR FG2116 Smart Scale to your smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Download the Starfit app: Start by downloading the Starfit app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
2. Open the Starfit app: Once the app is downloaded and installed, open it on your smartphone.
3. Create an account: If you don't have an account, you will need to create one. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
4. Enable Bluetooth: Make sure the Bluetooth feature on your smartphone is turned on. You can usually find this in the settings menu of your device.
5. Step on the scale: Step on the RunSTAR FG2116 Smart Scale with bare feet. Make sure your feet are properly positioned on the scale's electrodes.
6. Wait for the scale to display "0.0": The scale will take a few seconds to measure your weight and body composition. Once it stabilizes, it will display your weight as "0.0".
7. Pair the scale with your smartphone: In the Starfit app, tap on the "Devices" or "Settings" tab. Look for the option to add a new device or connect a device. Select the RunSTAR FG2116 Smart Scale from the list of available devices.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions: The app will guide you through the pairing process. It may ask you to confirm the Bluetooth connection and enter a verification code displayed on the scale's LED display.
9. Successful connection: Once the pairing process is complete, the app will display a confirmation message indicating that the RunSTAR FG2116 Smart Scale is successfully connected to your smartphone.
10. Sync data: From now on, whenever you step on the scale, the data will be automatically synced with the Starfit app on your smartphone. You can view and track your body composition data, set goals, and access additional features provided by the app.
