To change the unit of measurement on the INEVIFIT I-KS001 Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned on and the display is active.
2. Locate the "UNIT" button on the front of the scale.
3. Press the "UNIT" button to cycle through the available units of measurement. The scale can display weights in OZ (ounces), ML (milliliters), G (grams), LB (pounds), and LB & OZ (pounds and ounces).
4. Stop pressing the "UNIT" button when the desired unit of measurement is displayed on the scale's screen.
5. The scale will remember the selected unit of measurement even if it is turned off and on again.
