To adjust the temperature on the Eonou D774104 Electric Gooseneck Kettle, follow these steps:
1. Double press the ON/OFF button to heat the temperature to 185°F/85°C.
2. Press the ON/OFF button to wake up the Control Board.
3. Turn the ON/OFF button to adjust the temperature.
4. Press the ON/OFF button to confirm the setting temperature and start the program.
