To adjust the temperature on the KoolMore SK-SS-3G Commercial Soup Kettle Warmer, follow these steps:
1. Plug the unit into the correct electrical socket and place it on a level surface.
2. Turn the dial to the desired temperature setting. The temperature range is not specified in the manual, but it is mentioned that the kettle can reach a maximum temperature of 180°F (82°C).
3. Once the kettle has reached the desired temperature, you can adjust the temperature control dial to a lower setting to maintain the food-safe serving temperature.
4. To switch off the unit, turn the dial to 0.
5. It is recommended to keep the removable hinged lid attached and in the closed position when not serving.
6. Always unplug the unit from the wall socket when not in use, when filling, and when being cleaned.
