To calibrate the INEVIFIT I-BS00 Digital Bathroom Body Scale, follow these steps:
1. Place the scale on a hard and level surface. Ensure that there are no objects or obstructions underneath the scale that may affect its performance.
2. Step on the scale and wait for the display to show a weight reading. If the scale is showing a lighter weight than expected, proceed to the next step.
3. Step off the scale and wait for the display to show "0.0" or reset to zero.
4. Step back on the scale and check if the weight reading is now accurate. Repeat this process if necessary until the scale displays the correct weight.
Note: If the scale continues to show inaccurate readings even after calibration, consider the following possibilities:
- There may be something underneath the scale that is obstructing its performance. Ensure that the scale is placed on a hard and level surface without any objects underneath.
- The floor type may be too soft, such as linoleum, rubber mats, or carpet. For accurate readings, place the scale on a concrete, tile, or hardwood surface.
If the issue persists, contact INEVIFIT customer support for further assistance.
