Yes, you can use the StarTech.com HDADMM5MA cable to connect your HDMI Micro-equipped smartphone, tablet, or other portable device to an HDMI TV or display. The cable has a built-in active signal booster that allows for a connection distance of up to 15 feet (5m) with no signal loss. It features a thin cable design, approximately half the thickness of a regular 5m cable, for a more flexible installation with minimal clutter. The cable also has built-in amplifier circuitry that actively boosts the HDMI signal, eliminating the need for an external power source. Please make sure to connect the cable in the correct direction as indicated by the "Display" label on the HDMI connector that plugs into your display.
