To connect your device to the Digital Stream DSB500DT Sound Base via Bluetooth, follow these steps:
1. Power on the sound base.
2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "DSB500DT" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, "BLUET" will display on the sound base's screen, indicating a successful Bluetooth connection.
5. You can now play songs or audio from your device, and the sound will be played through the sound base.
Note:
- For the initial connection, it is recommended to power off the sound base and then power it on again after selecting "DSB500DT" on your device. This will allow the sound base to memorize your device and automatically pair with it in the future.
- If your device is using a Bluetooth version older than 4.0, you may need to input the password "0000" during the pairing process.
- The Bluetooth connection range is approximately 33 feet.
- In Bluetooth mode, the sound base's remote control buttons such as PLAY/PAUSE, NEXT, PREVIOUS, VOLUME+/- are also active for controlling playback.
