To connect your Polk Audio Atrium 5 outdoor speakers to your TV, you will need an RCA cable. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Locate the audio output ports on your TV. These are usually labeled as "Audio Out" or "Audio Output" and may be color-coded as red and white.
2. Strip 1/2" of insulation from each of the two conductors of the RCA cable to expose the bare metal.
3. Connect one end of the RCA cable to the audio output ports on your TV. Make sure to match the colors of the cables to the corresponding ports (red to red, white to white).
4. Connect the other end of the RCA cable to the audio input ports on your Polk Audio Atrium 5 outdoor speakers. Again, match the colors of the cables to the corresponding ports.
5. Turn on your TV and select a program or audio source to play. The sound should now be coming through your outdoor speakers.
Note: Make sure to adjust the volume levels on both your TV and the outdoor speakers to achieve the desired sound level.
