The M PAIN MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES ARS2000 Hot Water Therapy System does not have specific temperature adjustment options. The unit has adjustable timers for setting the duration of the therapy session, but the temperature of the water cannot be adjusted. The hot water therapy system will heat and maintain hot water, while the cold therapy system requires you to drain and refill the unit with cold water and ice if desired. It is important to note that the hot water should never be placed directly against the skin and should always have a towel between the pad and the skin to prevent burns.
