To mount the De'Longhi HMP1500 Mica Panel Heater on the wall, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the heater is not located directly below a power outlet and that the power outlet can be easily reached after installation.
2. Check that no electric cables or other pipes could be damaged during the installation and keep the heater away from curtains or inflammable materials.
3. Use the wall mounting kit provided with the heater. The kit should include a plastic support, screws, and plastic anchors.
4. Before drilling the wall, mark the exact points for the support, respecting the minimum distances as shown in the manual.
5. If you have a brick wall, use a 15/64" (6 mm) concrete drill bit. For plasterboard or false (hollow) walls, use appropriate screws and anchors (not supplied).
6. Drill the wall at the marked points and insert the plastic anchors.
7. Fix the plastic support to the wall using the screws provided.
8. Hang the heater on the support.
9. Mark out the two lower fixing points, remove the heater, drill the lower holes, and insert the wall anchors.
10. Hang the heater back on the support and fix the lower part of the appliance with the remaining screws.
