The Honeywell HCE200W UberHeat Ceramic Personal Heater is equipped with several safety features that make it safe to leave unattended for short periods of time. It has a tip-over switch that will disable the heater if it is accidentally tipped in any direction. It also has a high temperature safety control that prevents overheating. If the heater is left unattended and overheating occurs, it will automatically shut down.
