To set the date and time on your Fujifilm Finepix A500 digital camera, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera by pressing the power button.
2. Press the "Menu/OK" button to access the menu.
3. Use the arrow keys (up, down, left, right) to navigate to the "SETUP" menu option.
4. Press the "Menu/OK" button to enter the SETUP menu.
5. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "DATE/TIME" option.
6. Press the "Menu/OK" button to enter the DATE/TIME settings.
7. Use the arrow keys to adjust the year, month, day, hour, and minute.
8. Press the "Menu/OK" button after each adjustment to confirm the selection and move to the next setting.
9. Once you have set the date and time, press the "Menu/OK" button to save the changes and exit the menu.
Please note that if you turn off the camera, the date and time settings will be retained. However, if you remove the batteries or the batteries are completely drained, you will need to set the date and time again.
