I have a standard PA amp that is not 100 volt compatible. I want to know if I can still connect this Pyle PHSP16 horn speaker to my amp.

No, the Pyle PHSP16 horn speaker is designed to work with 70V or 100V amps. It is not compatible with standard PA amps that use an 8 ohm speaker load. The speaker has a built-in load transformer with multiple taps to accommodate 70V and 100V systems.
