To adjust the headband size on the JVC HARX330 Over Ear Full-Size Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Hold the headphones with one hand and locate the headband adjustment mechanism on the top of the headband.
2. Gently pull the headband adjustment mechanism upwards to unlock it.
3. While holding the adjustment mechanism, slide the headband to the desired size.
4. Release the adjustment mechanism to lock it in place.
5. Repeat the process for the other side of the headband to ensure even adjustment.
