To set the time on the Plumeet EM-008 Digital Alarm Clock, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "SET" button until the hour digits start flashing.
2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hour. Press the "SET" button to confirm.
3. The minute digits will start flashing. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the minutes. Press the "SET" button to confirm.
4. The alarm time will start flashing. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the alarm hour. Press the "SET" button to confirm.
5. The alarm minute digits will start flashing. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the alarm minutes. Press the "SET" button to confirm.
6. The clock is now set. The time and alarm time will stop flashing and the clock will display the current time.
