There could be a few reasons why your aroma diffuser is malfunctioning. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check the air intake: Make sure that the air intake of the diffuser is not blocked or obstructed by hair, dust, or any other debris. Clean the air intake area if necessary.
2. Ensure a flat, firm surface: Place the diffuser on a flat and stable surface. Using the diffuser on a towel or soft surface can obstruct the airflow and cause overheating.
3. Clean the mist sensor disc: If the lights at the base of the diffuser are flashing, it indicates that the mist sensor disc at the base of the water tank needs cleaning. Turn off and unplug the diffuser before cleaning the mist sensor disc.
4. Use lukewarm water: If the water you are using is too cold, it may prevent the diffuser from producing mist. Ultrasonic diffusers work best with lukewarm water, so ensure the water is at an appropriate temperature.
If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.
