To adjust the intensity level of the OSITO ABCD Foot and Leg Massager, you can use either the remote control or the "SOLE+" or "SOLE-" buttons on the device itself. The intensity level can be adjusted from 0 to 99, allowing you to find the level that is most comfortable and effective for you. Simply press the "SOLE+" button to increase the intensity or the "SOLE-" button to decrease it. The easy-to-read LCD display will show you the current intensity level.
