There could be several reasons for no sound output from the amplifier. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the POWER indicator: Ensure that the POWER indicator on the amplifier is turned on. If it's off, press the POWER button. If the light is still off, try using another DC power supply with the same output voltage (minimum 12V) to check if the power supply is the issue.
2. Check the input signal: Verify that the correct input signal is selected. Make sure the corresponding input source (Bluetooth, RCA, or U-disk) is chosen correctly.
3. Check the volume level: If the VOL xxxx is turned to the minimum position, there will be no sound output. Turn the xxxx clockwise to increase the volume to a normal level.
4. Check the input device: Ensure that the input device (phone, computer, TV, etc.) is not paused, muted, or set to minimum volume. Adjust the volume on the input device if necessary.
If you have followed these steps and still experience no sound output, please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
