To change the mode and reduce background noises in noisy environments, follow these steps:
1. Locate the dial on the top of the hearing aid. This dial is numbered 1-4, with 1 being the lowest volume and 4 being the highest volume.
2. Start by adjusting the dial to the desired volume level that you find comfortable for everyday conversation.
3. Fine-tune the volume by using the button in the middle of the hearing aid. Each press of the button will increase the volume, and it will beep at each level. When it beeps four times, it indicates the maximum volume level.
4. After reaching the desired volume level, the hearing aid will go back to the minimum level of sound.
By adjusting the volume using the dial and fine-tuning it with the button, you can find the optimal setting to reduce background noises and enhance speech clarity in noisy environments like restaurants or stores.
