To connect your Bose Solo-15 Series II TV Sound System to your TV, you can use one of three cable options: optical cable, coaxial cable, or analog cable. Here's how to do it:
1. Locate the Audio Out (digital) connector panel on the back of your TV.
2. Choose the appropriate audio cable for your connection option.
3. Insert one end of the audio cable into the Audio Out (digital) connector on your TV.
4. If using an optical cable, remove the protective caps from both ends before inserting the plug into the connector.
5. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the corresponding connector on the Bose Solo-15 Series II system. Use only one audio cable.
6. If using an optical cable, align the plug with the Optical connector on the system and insert it carefully until you hear or feel a click.
7. If using a coaxial cable, insert the other end into the Coaxial connector on the system.
8. If using an analog cable, insert the red plug into the R connector and the white plug into the L connector on the system.
9. Plug one end of the power cord into the Power connector on the system and the other end into a live AC power outlet.
10. Power on your TV and any secondary sources, such as a cable/satellite box.
11. Press the Power button on the remote control to turn on the system. The status indicator will glow green.
12. Check if sound is coming from the system. Adjust the volume using the remote control.
