To protect your Definitive Technology AW6500 speakers from rain and moisture, it is recommended to take the following precautions:
1. Position the speakers to minimize exposure to the elements as much as possible.
2. During cold weather, consider covering the speakers with plastic bags or containers to protect them from precipitation, sleet, snow, and extreme humidity.
3. After using the speakers in wet conditions, wipe off any remaining moisture and place them on a dry towel or piece of fabric to dry.
4. Avoid leaving moisture on the speaker's surface, as it could freeze and potentially cause malfunctions, especially in colder climates.
5. Turn off the speakers when it's raining heavily or during extreme weather conditions.
