No, the Philips Sonicare Intercare Replacement Toothbrush Heads (HX9002/65) are not compatible with the Sonicare Essence Toothbrush. The Sonicare Essence Toothbrush requires the Philips Sonicare E-series brush heads. The Intercare brush heads are designed to fit all click-on handles, but they do not fit the Essence, Power Up, or Sonicare for Kids models.
