Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to use the OSITO Foot Circulation Plus:
1. Make sure the machine is correctly connected to the power source using the provided adapter.
2. Plug in the power adapter and the screen and LED light will flash once to indicate that the machine has received power.
3. To turn on the machine, press the "on/off" button for 1-2 seconds or use the remote control.
4. Place two bare feet on the foot pads simultaneously.
5. Increase the FOOT level from 0 to 99 to determine your comfortable level. You should start feeling pulse stimulation at intensity levels of 20 or above.
6. You can also use the included remote control to adjust the settings.
7. The machine can be used for both foot stimulation and body stimulation. The body stimulator includes 4 TENS pads that can be used to relax various body regions.
8. Both the foot stimulator and body stimulator can be used together or separately.
