1. Unplug the blender and disassemble the container from the base by twisting it counterclockwise.
2. Remove the blade assembly by gripping the center of the blade and lifting it out of the container.
3. Rinse the container, lid, and blade assembly under warm water to remove any leftover food particles.
4. Fill the container halfway with warm water and add a few drops of dish soap.
5. Place the lid securely on the container and place it back on the base.
