To connect the ACU-400 to the SeaTalkng backbone, you will need to use the supplied SeaTalkng spur cable. Here are the steps to connect the ACU-400:
1. Locate the SeaTalkng power switch on the ACU-400 connector panel. Set the switch to the "ON" position if you want the ACU-400 to supply power to the SeaTalkng backbone. Set it to the "OFF" position if you have a separate power feed to the SeaTalkng backbone.
2. Connect one end of the SeaTalkng spur cable to the SeaTalkng power switch connector on the ACU-400.
3. Connect the other end of the SeaTalkng spur cable to the SeaTalkng backbone. This can be done using a SeaTalkng T-piece or a 5-way connector block, depending on your system setup.
4. Ensure that all connections are secure and properly tightened.
