To charge the Motorola T465 Talkabout Rechargeable Two-Way Radio, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the radio is turned off.
2. Locate the charging port on the radio. It is located on the side of the radio, covered by a rubber flap.
3. Lift the rubber flap to expose the charging port.
4. Connect the charging cable to the charging port. The charging cable should have a micro-USB connector on one end.
5. Plug the other end of the charging cable into a power source, such as a wall outlet or a USB port on a computer.
6. The LED indicator on the radio will turn red, indicating that the radio is charging.
7. Allow the radio to charge until the LED indicator turns green, indicating that the battery is fully charged. The charging time may vary, but it typically takes around 12 hours for a full charge.
8. Once the battery is fully charged, disconnect the charging cable from the radio and close the rubber flap to protect the charging port.
Note: It is recommended to fully charge the battery before using the radio for the first time. Additionally, it is important to use only the provided charging cable or a compatible cable to avoid damaging the radio or the battery.
