To connect the Raymarine ACU-100 Actuator Control Unit to the SeaTalkng backbone, you will need a SeaTalkng spur cable. Here are the steps to connect the ACU-100:
1. Locate the SeaTalkng backbone on your vessel. This is typically a network of cables that connects all the Raymarine devices together.
2. Connect one end of the SeaTalkng spur cable to the SeaTalkng backbone. The spur cable has a white connector that plugs into the backbone.
3. Connect the other end of the SeaTalkng spur cable to the ACU-100. The ACU-100 has a connection panel with labeled terminals. The SeaTalkng spur cable should be connected to the terminal labeled "SeaTalkng."
4. Ensure that the connections are secure and properly tightened.
5. Power on the SeaTalkng backbone and the ACU-100.
Once the ACU-100 is connected to the SeaTalkng backbone, it will be able to communicate with other Raymarine devices on the network.
