To calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) using the Accuro DBW100 Waist Level Digital Medical Scale, follow these steps:
1. Step on the scale and wait for your weight to be displayed on the 1" backlit LCD screen.
2. Take note of your weight in either pounds or kilograms, depending on the unit you have selected.
3. Press the unit button to toggle between pounds and kilograms if needed.
4. Calculate your BMI using the following formula: BMI = (weight in kilograms) / (height in meters)^2.
Please note that the Accuro DBW100 Waist Level Digital Medical Scale does not directly display your BMI. You will need to calculate it manually using the weight measurement provided by the scale and your height.
