To bypass the thermostat on the Optimus H-3013 Portable Utility Thermostat, you can set the built-in thermostat to the highest (hottest) setting. This will disable it and allow you to use the main thermostat to regulate the heater's output. Alternatively, you can remove the built-in thermostat, which is the most straightforward method.
