To tune to a specific frequency on the Eton Elite 750 NELITE750 Classic Shortwave SSB Radio, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the radio by pressing the Power button located on the front panel.
2. Press the Band button to select the desired band (AM, FM, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, or SW5).
3. Use the Tuning xxxx to scroll through the frequencies within the selected band. The frequency will be displayed on the LCD screen.
4. If you know the exact frequency you want to tune to, you can directly enter it using the Numeric Keypad. Press the Enter button after entering the frequency.
5. To fine-tune the frequency, press and hold the Tuning xxxx for a few seconds until the Fine Tuning mode is activated. Then, rotate the Tuning xxxx slowly to adjust the frequency in small increments.
6. If you want to switch to Single Sideband (SSB) mode, press the SSB button. This mode is commonly used for listening to amateur radio operators and utility stations.
7. To store a frequently used frequency in memory, press and hold one of the Memory buttons (M1 to M9) for a few seconds until you hear a beep. The frequency will be saved in that memory location for future quick access.
