To turn on the Icom M37 VHF Handheld Marine Radio, follow these steps:
1. Locate the power/volume xxxx on the top of the radio.
2. Rotate the xxxx clockwise to turn on the radio. You will hear a beep sound and the LCD screen will illuminate.
3. Adjust the volume by rotating the power/volume xxxx .
