To install the BIC America M-PRO6W Weather Resist 6 1-2 in Wall Speakers, please follow the steps below:
1. Determine the location: Choose a suitable location on the wall where you want to install the speakers. Ensure that there are no obstructions or electrical wires behind the chosen location.
2. Cut the speaker hole: Use the provided template to mark the speaker hole on the wall. Carefully cut the hole using a drywall saw or a suitable cutting tool. Make sure to follow the dimensions specified in the manual.
3. Connect the speaker wires: Strip the insulation from the speaker wires and connect them to the corresponding terminals on the back of the speaker. Ensure that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are connected correctly.
4. Mount the speaker: Insert the speaker into the hole and secure it using the included mounting screws. Make sure the speaker is flush with the wall surface.
5. Adjust the speaker angle: The M-PRO6W speakers have an adjustable tweeter, allowing you to aim the sound towards the desired listening area. Use the swivel mechanism to adjust the tweeter angle as needed.
6. Test the speakers: Connect the speaker wires to your audio source or amplifier. Turn on the audio system and play some music or test tones to ensure the speakers are functioning properly.
