To set up the MICROSEVEN M7B77-WDRPOESAA Two-Way Talk Outdoor IP Camera, please follow the steps below:
1. Connect the camera to your network:
- Use the provided 3 ft Network Ethernet cable to connect the camera to your router or switch.
- Ensure that your network has DHCP enabled.
2. Power the camera:
- The camera can be powered through Power over Ethernet (PoE) or a 12VDC input.
- If using PoE, connect the camera to a PoE switch or injector using the Ethernet cable.
- If using the 12VDC input, connect the camera to a power source using the appropriate power adapter (not included).
3. Install the camera:
- Choose a suitable location for the camera outdoors.
- Use the provided bag of screws to securely mount the camera.
- Ensure that the waterproof cap is placed on the network cable connection to protect it from the elements.
4. Download the Microseven app:
- Search for "Microseven" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Download and install the Microseven app on your smartphone or tablet.
5. Set up the camera in the app:
- Open the Microseven app and create an account if you don't have one already.
- Tap on the "+" icon to add a new camera.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your account.
- Make sure your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same network as the camera during the setup process.
6. Customize camera settings:
- Once the camera is successfully added to your account, you can customize its settings.
- Use the app to configure motion detection, smart zones, recording options, and other settings according to your preferences.
