To use the Jacksking BT-168D Battery Volt Tester, follow these steps:
1. Place the battery you want to test in the slider of the tester.
2. Ensure that both ends of the battery tester are touching the contacts.
3. The display will show the capacity of your battery.
Note: Before assuming that the LCD is dead, make sure that the battery is making contact with both contacts. The battery tester is powered by using battery cells.
