To set the alarm on the Tivoli Audio MSYBTCLA Music System, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button on the front panel of the Music System. A beep will confirm that you are in the alarm set-up mode, and the corresponding green LED will illuminate.

2. Rotate and press the Volume xxxx to adjust and set the hour. The hour setting also determines AM and PM. Press the Volume xxxx to move to the next setting.

3. Rotate and press the Volume xxxx to adjust and set the minutes. Press the Volume xxxx to set and move to the next setting.

4. Set the alarm source by rotating and pressing the Volume xxxx . You can choose from FM, AM, CD, or AUX (if an auxiliary device is connected). Press the Volume xxxx to set and move to the next setting.

5. Set the alarm volume by rotating and pressing the Volume xxxx . Press the Volume xxxx to set and move to the next setting.

6. Once you have finished setting the alarm, briefly press the Alarm button to activate the alarm. The display will show the time the alarm is set to wake.

7. To turn off the alarm, briefly press the Alarm button. If the alarm is set and power is lost, the alarm will still sound at the designated time if fresh batteries are correctly installed in the rear battery compartment.

Note: The alarm can be canceled by briefly pressing the Alarm button when the alarm LED is on. The alarm can also be temporarily muted for 7 minutes by pressing the Snooze button when the alarm activates.
