To connect the POWERADD S12 True Wireless Earbuds to your device, follow these steps:
1. Mono Mode:
- Make sure the earbuds are off, then take them out from the charging case.
- The earbuds will turn on and enter pairing mode (red & blue light flashes alternately).
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and search for "POWERADD S12" in the Bluetooth settings.
- Choose and connect to "POWERADD S12" from the list.
- The blue and red indicators on the earbuds will turn on for 1 second and then turn off, indicating a successful connection. You can now make phone calls and listen to music.
2. Stereo Mode:
- Keep the distance within 0.5 meters between the earbuds and your device.
- Make sure the earbuds are off, then take them out from the charging case.
- The two earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode (red & blue light flashes alternately).
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and search for "POWERADD S12" in the Bluetooth settings.
- Choose and connect to "POWERADD S12" from the list.
- The blue and red indicators on the earbuds will turn on for 1 second and then turn off, indicating a successful connection. You can now make phone calls and listen to music.
