To connect your Panasonic PT-FX400U projector to a network, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your projector is connected to a power source and turned on.
2. Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the projector.
3. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to your network router or switch.
4. On the projector's remote control, press the MENU button to access the main menu.
5. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Network" menu and press the ENTER button.
6. In the "Network" menu, select "Network Setup" and press ENTER.
7. Select "Wired LAN" and press ENTER.
8. In the "Wired LAN" menu, select "IP Address Setup" and press ENTER.
9. Select "Auto" if you want the projector to obtain an IP address automatically from your network's DHCP server. Alternatively, select "Manual" to enter the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway manually.
10. After selecting the desired IP address setup method, press ENTER to confirm your selection.
11. If you selected "Manual" in the previous step, use the arrow keys to enter the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway values. Press ENTER after each value to move to the next field.
12. Once you have entered the IP address settings, press the MENU button to exit the menu.
Your Panasonic PT-FX400U projector is now connected to the network. You can use network features such as remote control via a web browser or transferring files over the network.
