To select the application time on the Beurer BR60 Insect Sting and Bite Relief, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure there is no insect sting remaining in the area that was stung. Remove the sting carefully before use.
2. Slide the ON/OFF switch towards the heating plate with the symbol "I" for ON. The device status LED will light up in blue, indicating that the device is ready to use.
3. You have the option to choose between the 3-second and 6-second application times, depending on the sensitivity of your skin and the severity of the bite.
- For a 3-second application, press the activation button once. Half of the illuminated ring will light up blue, indicating that the application is starting. This shorter application time is recommended for first use or use on sensitive skin.
- For a 6-second application, press the activation button twice in quick succession. The blue illuminated ring will be completely lit up, indicating that the treatment is starting. This longer application time is recommended for regular use on normal skin.
4. After the end of the application, an acoustic signal will sound, and the heating of the heating plate will automatically stop. The blue illuminated ring will go out. Remove the heating plate from the area of skin once the signal sounds.
Please note that depending on the sensitivity of your skin and the area being treated, the heat may feel unpleasant and cause slight skin redness and, in rare cases, irritated skin. If the heat function feels too hot, stop the treatment immediately.
It is also important to read the full user manual for additional information and safety precautions before using the Beurer BR60 Insect Sting and Bite Relief.
