To switch the weight unit from pounds to kilograms on the Etekcity ESF-551 Smart Scale, you can follow these steps:
1. Download and install the VeSync app on your smartphone.
2. Open the VeSync app and create a profile for yourself.
3. Connect your smartphone to the smart scale via Bluetooth.
4. Once connected, go to the settings or preferences section in the VeSync app.
